The Global Difference

Set where Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Paradise Valley converge in the shadow of Camelback Mountain, The Global Ambassador is a 141-room haven of elegance, where cosmopolitan style meets unparalleled service and vibrant culinary experiences. Every detail, from the linens to the lobby's evening soundtrack to what arrives on the plate, has been meticulously curated to anticipate the needs of the well-traveled guest, the kind who knows precisely what separates a forgettable stay from an unforgettable one.

That intention shows most vividly in the hotel's culinary and wellness program, which is remarkable in its depth for a property this size. Five signature restaurants, spanning a Parisian steakhouse, a Mediterranean rooftop, and a sun-splashed Mexican and Peruvian kitchen by the pool, sit alongside a spa offering treatments and technologies found nowhere else in Arizona. It is a residential quality, rare to find in a hotel, the kind of ease that makes a stay feel less like checking into a room and more like arriving somewhere you belong.

RESTAURANTS

Chef-driven, Vibrant, Destination-worthy

All five of The Global Ambassador's restaurants come from Sam Fox, the decorated Phoenix-based restaurateur and founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts, a 12-time James Beard Award nominee with 25 years in the industry and more than 140 restaurants opened nationally. The Global Ambassador was Fox's first venture as a hotel owner, operator, and manager, and it was built restaurant-first with five distinct concepts, Le Âme, Le Market, théa, Pink Dolphin, and the Lobby Bar, each drawn from his own international travels rather than restaurants outsourced to an outside operator the way most hotels handle food and beverage.

The restaurants have picked up recognition of their own since opening. théa was named one of the best new hotel restaurants in the world by Condé Nast Traveler and appears on OpenTable's Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in America for 2026, a list built from more than 10 million verified diner reviews and generated from data spanning May 2025 through April 2026. théa is also Arizona's largest rooftop restaurant and bar. THE SPA

Exclusive, Results-driven, Restorative

The Global Ambassador's spa stacks up an unusual number of regional exclusives in one building. It's the only spa in Arizona offering Augustinus Bader's TFC8® treatments, the sole U.S. provider of U Beauty's spa treatments, the only hotel spa locally offering Oxylight Sapphire technology, and the sole spa in the region offering the Mova High-Definition Lymphatic Drainage Treatment (officially the Mova Brazilian Lymphatic Massage & Sculpt). It's also one of a limited number of spas entrusted to deliver Biologique Recherche's French skincare methodology. On the fitness side, both Forma Pilates and The Ness, a trampoline-based cardio and sculpt studio out of New York, are available exclusively in Arizona here. Many of the spa's signature treatments are explicitly built around visible results after a single session rather than a program of repeat visits: the Bespoke Signature Facial, The Method by Augustinus Bader, and the Mova treatment are all described as delivering results the same day, and the Structural Longevity Massage, a 90 or 120-minute treatment combining fascia reprogramming, myofascial release, Pulsetto vagus nerve stimulation, and a 15-minute infrared sauna, is built as a comprehensive nervous-system reset in one sitting. Beyond treatments, the spa also runs a standalone Recovery and biohacking menu, cryotherapy, full-spectrum infrared sauna, IV nutrient therapy administered by nurse practitioners, PEMF therapy, and leg compression, plus a signature 90-minute Biohacking Circuit that combines several of those modalities in one session. A relaxation lounge with rotating snacks and wellness mocktails is available before or after treatments, and any treatment of 60 minutes or longer unlocks up to four hours of access to the locker rooms' sauna, steam room, hot plunge, and cold plunge. The spa and fitness facilities are limited to guests 18 and older. Full treatment details and current pricing live on The Spa page

SAMPLE ITINERARIES

A Proposal or Anniversary Weekend

Start with a romantic dinner at Le Âme, the Parisian steakhouse at the heart of the hotel, built for candlelit, celebratory nights and classic French fare with a steakhouse touch. The next morning, book a Couples Massage at The Spa, a personalized side-by-side treatment built for two, which also unlocks joint access to the locker room's cold plunge and jacuzzi. Close the weekend with a nightcap at the Lobby Bar, where a jazz trio plays weekend evenings.

A Bachelorette or Girls' Trip

Start the morning with specialty coffee and matcha drinks at Le Market before a Forma Pilates reformer class gets everyone moving together. From there, settle in at The Spa for the real centerpiece of the day. The U Beauty Siren Glow Facial, built for glass-like, dewy skin that photographs well, pairs perfectly with the group's photo-ready plans, or the Mova Brazilian Lymphatic Massage & Sculpt for anyone wanting to feel their best in their evening look, followed by hours spent in the locker room amenities, cycling through the cold plunge, jacuzzi, and sauna. As the sun starts to drop, take the celebration up to théa, Arizona's largest rooftop restaurant and bar, for spritzes with the girls and Camelback Mountain views over shareable Mediterranean mezze and pasta, with a DJ spinning Friday and Saturday nights from 7 to 10pm, before the group closes out the night at the Lobby Bar for live music.

A Wellness Retreat (3-Day)

Built for guests who want more than a single spa day, a few nights at The Global Ambassador can become a proper reset. Day one is arrival and recalibration: check in, settle into the room, and ease in with a complimentary fitness class before an afternoon at The Spa. Book the Bespoke Signature Facial, which opens with a full skin analysis and consultation so the rest of the treatment (and the rest of the stay) is tailored to what your skin needs. Then spend the rest of the day in the locker room amenities, moving through the cold plunge, jacuzzi, and sauna at your own pace. Close with a relaxing dinner from in-room dining.

Day two is for going deeper. Start the morning with specialty coffee or a matcha at Le Market, then book a Structural Longevity Massage, the spa's fascia-focused, full-body treatment built to reduce inflammation and support the nervous system in a single 90 or 120-minute session, or the 90-minute Biohacking Circuit for guests who want to combine cryotherapy, infrared sauna, PEMF therapy, and compression into one recovery-focused sitting. In the afternoon, visit the Pink Dolphin and enjoy poolside Peruvian and Mexican small plates and margaritas in the sun, before an evening at théa for rooftop Mediterranean dinner, spritzes, and Camelback Mountain views.

By day three, the retreat winds down with the Sleep + Restore massage, a slow, meditative treatment built specifically to calm the mind and set up better sleep before heading home, complete with a take-home breathing nasal strip to extend the effect. From there you can enjoy time by the pool or a last coffee at Le Market before checkout. With dozens of innovative treatments to choose from, this itinerary can compress into a single day for a shorter trip or stretch further for guests who want to space treatments out over a longer stay.

A Business Trip That Doesn't Feel Like One

Start with a daily complimentary fitness class, then work from Le Market's café-style seating over coffee. Take a client to dinner at Le Âme for the steakhouse's Parisian elegance and sommelier-selected wine list. For a group presentation or offsite, The Pavilion (divisible into four sections) or the rooftop Jewel Box, with its private bar and Camelback Mountain views, are the property's dedicated meeting spaces.

A Wedding Weekend

Arriving as a guest, expect the weekend's events to move across several distinct spaces on property, The Lawn for outdoor gatherings, The Garden for something more intimate with its own fireplace, and The Jewel Box on the rooftop with its private bar and Camelback Mountain views, so no two moments of the weekend look quite the same. Between events, the property gives guests plenty to fill the gaps: the Oxylight Lift & Sculpt facial at The Spa is built for exactly this kind of moment, using LED and oxygen infusion to leave skin visibly brighter and more lifted before a night of photos, or there's an afternoon at the pool at Pink Dolphin, or a quieter coffee break at Le Market. As the weekend winds down, the celebration tends to land at the Lobby Bar, where the wedding party regroups over live music for a final toast.
